SAUCE:
- 1/3 cup Bob’s Red Mill’s Almond Protein Powder
- ~3/4 water, or more to get to desired texture
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried ginger ginger
- 1 large garlic clove, minced or crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon+ granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- spice of choice, to taste (sriracha, red pepper flakes, etc.)
- optional small squeeze of lime juice, to brighten up the flavors
